Steam Tower is a Scandinavian version of a traditional Asian steamer. Made from porcelain, the bowls can be stacked in the oven, enabling the preparation of several dishes at once. The Steam Tower works by placing it in the oven over water and when the water evaporates into steam, the steam will circulate around through the layers. Designed by Christian Bjørn in cooperation with Michelin chef Morten Køster, who wrote an inspirational cookbook that accompanies the Steam Tower.
